FORA completed Heaps Good Services playful yet contemporary workplace, on level 19 of 83 Pirie St. Engaged to complete an internal fitout, works began with demolition of existing warm shell before incorporating structural requirements and architectural design to execute a vision focused on textural elements, natural finishes, and bespoke details.

The building works included:

• Heavy upfront procurement
• Production of custom solid timber joinery
• Integration of feature architectural items and services, including timber, aluminium and acoustic ceilings
• Programming trade contractors with resources interstate
• Ensuring safety within an occupied building
• High security tenancies within the live site
